Raw materials are precisely measured and cut to ensure a smooth and accurate fit. Steel and aluminum parts are bent into precise shapes with molds, and plastic parts are all made from molds. Where metal parts intersect, they are welded all around, which eliminates the possibility of moisture getting inside the tube or in the seams to allow for protection against rust and corrosion. All welds are ground and polished to create a seamless transition from one part to another.
